Works to phase 2 have commenced on the Spending Beach to the rear of Marine Square. This is to construct the temporary cofferdam to facilitate erection of a further 244 dwellings out of the total of 856 units for which planning approval and MMO licenses have been granted. 195 units are now completed in phase 1. There will be three further buildings constructed over a new podium structure, including the iconic 40-storey tower. There will be community facilities and leisure facilities available to occupiers of this next phase.
